Trygve Thue
Trygve Thue (born 21 June 1950) is a Norwegian guitarist and music producer, who was with the original Saft line up. He is the brother of folk singer Ove Thue. == Career == Thue was born in Bergen and received his first musical "freeze on his back" in the boys choir ''Folkeskolens Guttekor'' 1958 in Bergen. His background as choir boy often makes him applicable in polyphonic singing and tasteful instrumental harmonies, which is expressed in many studio recordings, like on Jan Eggum's "En Natt Forbi" and "Bare Nerver" in which he both wrote and sang all the voices in the choir.〔 Since 1976 he has run his own studio, until 1999 named Bergen Lydstudio, where he has produced recotrds for artists like Bjørn Eidsvåg, Jan Eggum, Johannes Kleppevik, Nurk Twins, Hole in the Wall, Cactus, Ivar Medaas, Sissel Kyrkjebø, Knutsen & Ludvigsen, Gustav Lorentzen, Lollipop, Ole Paus, Bergen Blues Band, Rolv Wesenlund and Harald Heide-Steen Jr., Ole Amund Gjersvik, Mads Eriksen, Rune Larsen and Fabel. And he has recorded the Magna Carta album ''Live in Bergen 1978'' among others, and almost 200 other albums.〔
